Now, more than ever we are being called to take greater care of our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. In this workshop we delve into the connection between a yoga practice and the “food” we consume, from the food we put on our plates to the food we take in via media, people, meditation, and so on. Learn how the different practices of yoga have the power to boost your immunity, release fear and anxiety, and bring greater purpose and clarity to your life. This workshop is open to all on this journey of life interested in exploring a kind and compassionate yogic vegan lifestyle.
