Having a vegan diet, makes me feel more peaceful inside. It makes me feel more sensitive towards the pain and suffering of others. I’m able to calm down my breath more easily if I’m struggling with something. I believe it helps me to removes impurities in the energetic level and allows me to reconnect with a source of unlimited vitality within myself.
My body feels stronger, lighter and more flexible. I’m able to create space to open and release.
