It’s funny because we never really thought about trying yoga until we became vegan and started realizing how soooo many dope vegans practiced some type of yoga or acrobatics!
We’ve been vegan for about 18 months. Throughout the past 18 months, we’ve had SO much more energy flowing through our veins, literally! This has helped fuel our acro journey in so many ways, along with our individual yogi journeys.
Our vegan journey has helped us learn how to heal our bodies, fix past injuries, and learn the art of self-love. We attribute most of our success on the yoga mat to our life choices off the mat!
So, if you’re wondering whether or not being a vegan will help your acro/yoga journey, the best thing you can do is try it.. once you notice that your diet has a direct relationship with how your body feels, you’ll quickly fall in love with the energy that comes from plant foods.
